My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Monday/Wednesday/Friday training once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening. Tuesday/Saturday typically 2-hour session. Thursday active recovery and mobility. Sunday, rest day.
