Honestly?... I'm a graphic designer at an advertising agency. I have a bunch of tattoos (working on my Avengers themed piece covering my entire left leg right now). Huge nerd at heart. I work hard and play harder. Bassist in a cover band that likes getting out and rocking the masses! Really, I just like to relax when I get the chance and make the best of life. Nothing overly "above average" about me. Just a hard working athlete that enjoys healthy competition.

I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Football and competitive powerlifting consumed most of my athletic career. MMA training is in there as well.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Not too long ago I was one of the elusive CrossFit "haters"... Talked trash about it, etc... I was actually talked into it and gave it a shot. Haven't looked back since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I workout 3 days per week, but I'm getting ready to amp it up a bit.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
The lifts and movements come natural, so it was a smooth transition from past athletic performance.
