How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I don't always measure my food, but I always eat quality foods (unless it's a cheat meal). My diet is based on whole foods that have been produced/raised locally and cooked from scratch.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I also like to run distances of up to 6 or so miles at a time.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
My life has gotten better as a result of Crossfit - I look better and feel better. I also have confidence to manage the everyday aspects of life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I aim for the 3 on 1 off schedule as prescribed by Crossfit.
