How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Have been doing Crossfit for 6 months now and fell in love with the results. Stronger and leaner in many ways, mostly at the core. Still have a long way to go since I could barely do a pull up when I started and now have lost 35 pounds and do chest to bar pull ups.
