I started CrossFit about 4 years ago and have fluctuated in my level of involvement with it ever since. I recently have decided that I want to make it a very permanent part of my life and even though I don't feel as if I am in the best shape of my life I feel that competing is a stepping stone to improvement. I look forward to lying on my back after every Open workout!!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I recently started eating Paleo about 3 months ago and I love it! I am not super strict but I do stick with the basic principles and stay away from dairy, grains, and legumes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have three main workout locations. The first is at Peak 360 CrossFit although lately I have been training a lot more at my home CrossFit gym, and the third is at work where we also have a good amount of CrossFit equipment.
