I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Cardio, flexibility training are part of my weekly regimen. I am working on strength and endurance.

I regularly play recreational sports
Dance was my background. I enjoy aerobics, yoga, outdoor sports, and hiking.
