Bio

I am 36 years old and I am a Veteran of the United States Army (Infantry). I have had a life changing experience in last couple of years, I was pushing 300lbs about two years ago and I decided enough was enough I needed to change my life. I started eating right and exercising on the regular and I completely revamped myself, I was working out at an exclusive gym in Humble and it was a hybrid gym that consisted of Olympic lifting, Speed and Agility, Power and Strength training. It was a great place and it was where I met my future wife!!! :-) I will never forget what that gym did for me and what I did for myself. So now I wanted to push myself in another direction being that I was healthier. Crossfit was the answer so I joined CrossfitEado and I have been at it for about 8 months, I have a ways to go in regards to endurance, mobility, strength and skill work for DU's, Muscle Ups etc, but that's what I like even if its little victories its a victory nonetheless. It has been a great experience thus far and it will continue to be as time goes on. I enjoy being a part of the Crossfit community and I am looking forward to my first Crossfit Open and my continuing fitness!
