How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I have an occassional glass of wine or a hard cider.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I travel for work and pleasure so I visit sister affiliates alot. I am also a Highland Games athlete and train in throwing events about 2 days/week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Shotput, hammer, discus, and weightlifting in high school. Softball, beach volleyball, snow skiing, wakeboarding, golf, CrossFit and Highland Games in adulthood.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I specialize in coordinating charity and fun events and I am a behind the scenes Regional volunteer who hopes to move into judging in local/regional competitions. I am a volunteer writer for the North West Region CrossFit Media team.
