My Experience With CrossFit
I was fat in 2010, and by 2012 I had competed at the Games - Crossfit is lovely. Our gym is great because they feed me muppets like Paul Lance to crush in metcons and increase my confidence.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I squat more times in a week than I care to admit. Bicep curls every Friday night. 100% serious.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long enough that I have forgotten how to use the pec deck machine
