How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

90% paleo, Nutrition is high on my priority list for my endurance sports but I dont measure I Gauge

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

I am a Crossfit Coach nad Personal trainer and so training is every day, whether it be spinning running or a CF WOD

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

I compete Nationally in cycling events and triathlons to a good standard, and am training toward the Ironman in september in Wales

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have been crossfitting for 3 years and prior to that had an extensive training backgoung through the Military

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

WOD a day, then let your body tell you to rest spin or run on my rest days as active recovery around 60-80% max hr intervals are important on my rest day, but other than that it will be 4 WOD's a week plus conditioning work
