How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eat as clean as possible (which is hard in WV) only chicken and fish and I do consume dairy products.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
5 to 6 days a week. I program for myself.

I played youth or high school level sports
3x All State wrestler at Milton High School Played soccer and ran Cross Country
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Started in June of 2009 and have lost over 100 pounds the first year. Leaned out the first year and a half and since then I have implimented a strength program to get me stronger. CrossFit is a lifestyle for me and I plan on CrossFitting till I die!
