I've been a CrossFitter for nearly 2 years, but I haven't always been the fitness junkie I am now... In fact, I had never run a full mile in my life until May of 2010. I completed my first half marathon exactly one year later and a month after that, I joined a CrossFit gym. Growing up loving the arts, I was never an active kid. I love what I do, but designing in front of a computer 40 hours a week lends itself to a very sedentary lifestyle. I decided that I needed to change that. Twenty pounds lighter with a healthy fitness addiction, I can say with confidence that I will never look back. Crossfit has changed my life. Ohio Fit Club is my home away from home!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat mostly Paleo. Cheesecake is my kryptonite.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
