How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Trying hard to eat strict Paleo, but find the weekends are difficult to keep this plan going.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Ran three half marathons between ages 36-39 - was in the worst shape of my life. High blood pressure, depression, stress fracture from running so much - CrossFit saved me!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

CrossFit and Whole30 have changed my life in so many ways it is hard to describe.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Also do two Oly Weightlifting classes per week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
