How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat real food, take minimal supplements, and alter my food intake to match my training. Big fan of intuitive eating, I eat potatoes, quality dairy, and peanut butter. For some reason people always ask me about those 3 foods!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
