I eat strict Paleo
Ha! Kidding on the above. Those that know me WELL would catch that. I eat healthy most days. I aim for 80/20 but I don't measure food, and eat what my family loves to eat, but it's usually pretty clean/somewhat paleo....unless you count wine or Cadbury eggs as a good food......

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write all of the programming for our afflitiate, but don't always follow my own programming.
My Athletic Background
When we owned our fitness facility, I was a personal trainer who worked out a few times each week, and taught 5-13 fitness classes each week. But I never started ANY workout regime until I was in my late 30's.
