How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Mainly raw whale washed down with Tiger blood. Post workout shake of codeine and Ibuprofen 1:1 mix.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Coached by Craig Massey who can't skip under pressure, and Darren Freeman who can't climb a rope.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I used to be Rich Froning before being placed in witness protection and changing my identity. I now purposely hold myself back on WODs so that nobody becomes suspicious of my true identity.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
All the girls have immense glutes and quads.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Best case scenario I make it through the warm-up without having a coronary. If still alive at this point, WOD for around 10 minutes, then lie down and rest for around 30.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Since the womb. My first WOD was umbilical cord rope climb for time. Me and Gregg Glassman started together, as can be seen by our similar aesthetic appearance.
