How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat as strict to paleo as i can however i do allow myself a cheat day once a month where i let it all go. I think as long as its in moderation its fine.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did Kickboxing for a few years before coming into CrossFit. I found CrossFit and got hooked.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I have been following the CrossFit lifestyle now for nearly 3 years and i have been coaching people for 2 years.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I program my rest days in Wednesday and Sunday with either just lift days or lift and WoD days programmed the rest of the time depending how i feel. It took me a while to get my head around the whole 'Listen to your body' thing but once i did i found my numbers shot up.
