I train at Crossfit foxes & used hq wods weekly. After dislocating my shoulder at the games last yr & having 4 surgerys in 1 i decided to work with various coaches. & programming.

I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Martial arts from 5yrs, occasionally helped Dad on the farm, did state sport volleyball, touch, netball, paintball, surfboat rowing, beach volleyball. Social rock climb, yoga, ride, run, weightlift & pole dance.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

Steve Willlis showed me hspu & nasty girls - muscle ups i tried a few wods & my husband dragged me along to hard n ups 1st competition. I entered as a novice because I couldnt do chin ups : ) Crossfit saved my marriage, kept me same in business & keeps teaching me more about myself, people & life everyday! No sport compares.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
1 day a wk I may get 3 wods in, most weeks I ony train cf specifics for 3 days but skills are worked on 3 other days ie running, gymnastcs or weightlifting.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
The Crossfit way has always been the way I have trained in my life. I am excited to see it put into a program that can be measured & standardised.
