I had reached a point in my life where I knew I had to do SOMETHING about my body and my health! I ran into our owner, Kyle Flowers, at a wedding...I am sure I was stuffing cake into my mouth! He told me he had opened the box, and I showed up having zero prior knowledge of the rigor of Crossfit, especially at my age! It's been almost a year, and I am 30 pounds lighter and SO much stronger! I have gained a real CAN DO attitude about the WODS and consequently, about life! I have 100+ new friends, and it's been life changing in so many ways! I LOVE CFA!
