Bio

I have been actively competing and working out since I was about 12. I have been involved in everything from Football to Mixed Martial Arts to Gymnastics. Yet through all the sports I have been involved with, I have never been challenged physically and mentally way that I have been challenged in Crossfit. That is why I love it. I love the challenge. I love pushing myself beyond what I think I am capable of doing. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" Colossians 3:23
