I ran distance and did high jump at the University of Oregon and have since been competitive in the marathon (2h50min) and both Olympic (2h14min) and Half Ironman Triathlons (4h35min). Crossfit brings my experiences together in a competitive environment that I love. I have been doing Crossfit for one year and have seen its impact in so many things that I do.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a good balance of Crossfit, running, yoga, and extracurricular training.
