My Athletic Background
For the past 5 years I've worked as a group fitness instructor of Spin, Step, Yoga/Pilates, and Zumba. Prior to Crossfit I ran too much and did what I thought to be "lifting weights".

My Work/Rest Schedule
Crossfit 3-4 days/week and daily yoga. 1 strict rest day/week.
