I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
After recently participating in a paleo challenge at our gym, going strict is the way for me! Loving the results!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played college sports
I ran track and cross country in college. After that, I completed 2 marathons and 3 50 mile ultra marathons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
Started CrossFit with the hubby. We own CrossFit Park City!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I get to the gym when I can! When I'm not in the gym, I'm chasing around 2 kids!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFitting a few months after Chris found it and was convinced "it" as "IT!" Ha! So sometime in 2006. I also CrossFitted through both my pregnancies and really feel it was the best thing for me. Lost all the weight faster than if I would have just "done the running thing."
