How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat healthy but don't worry about specific numbers.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I work out at my affiliate Vise Downtown 3x per week and usually do 1-2 workouts on my own per week. And usually rest 2-3 days per week. Usually do a few minutes of abs everyday.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Played small college football at Doane College in Crete, NE.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
First tried CrossFit in December 2010, then quit for a while, then started again in July 2011, then was injured (non-CrossFit injury), then became more consistent in late 2011
