Bio

I am a mother of 2 girls ( 6 yrs and 9 yrs old) and a wife to a Crossfitting husband. My family has been through a lot in the last 3 yrs with my youngest being diagnosed with ALL Leukemia. She is now in remission and currently treatment free. She is my inspiration for all that I do. I have always played sports year round, worked out in gym or done some sort of physical activity. I was introduced to Crossfit 9 months ago by my neighbor. When I started I never thought I would have been able to do an unassisted pull up or lift over 30lbs, but now I've exceeded all my expectations and then some. This is my first open and I'm excited to see how far I can push myself. I have seen my daughter go through treatment with no complaints and stayed so strong through the whole process. I have no room to complain and there are no excuses!
