I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Lot of wild game. Moose, deer,elk, bear and bison. Semi Paleo.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played college sports
Multiple sports in high school. Lacrosse in college at UCSB. Club lax until last year. Ankles can't take it anymore.
