I ran DIII track & field and cross country in college. After graduation, I continued to run leisurely, joining local road races here and there, but never found that same intensity and competition until my husband introduced me to CrossFit 2 years ago. I work in the healthcare field, and I am passionate about helping others find that 'fire.'

I love that all 3 of our kids know what a "burpee" is! Our oldest is son is involved with CrossFit Kids, which my husband coaches. We eat better, we train better, and we feel better overall. CrossFit has been a wonderful discovery!
