My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
The day before I turned 29 I joined my local affiliate and started an expedited On-Ramp class. I've never thought about not being active again after I saw how out-of-shape I was. I weighed in at 233 lbs the heaviest I'd ever weighed. Our box had a health challenge that introduced me to Paleo and Zone diets and since that challenge food in my home for my family has also changed dramatically. I'm thankful for Coach Glassman and his candidness to be the driving force in making exercise and fitness what should be expected if you call yourself "fit", by giving it measurable and quantifiable points. I will always be in debt to the community of family and friends I have in Crossfit.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
