How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My diet is the biggest deficit in my training. I wish there were WODs for food :)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I love going to Crossfit Explode. Nicest group of people and a well organized white board.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I feel like a kid again. I would never think of swinging on rings or touching my nose to a wall for a wall climb.
