I played college sports
I played professional sports
I have been athletic all of my life. My emphasis was on competitive Tennis for the USTA. Upon getting into college and having time constraints to train I turned my attention to Ballroom dancing. I pursued dancing competitions for 8 years until my professional career pulled me away from exercising daily. Upon college graduation and my hunger for sports I was drove to CrossFit. I have been doing CrossFit workouts for about 3 years.
