Bio

I've been crossfitting and coaching for over 3 years. I have specialty certifications through Crossfit in power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, movement and mobility, strongman lifts, endurance training, and attended the Coaches' Prep course. I am also a USAW L1 coach and 85kilo (with hopes to be a 77) lifter. I've been to a number of specialty camps including Spencer Arnold's Outlaw Barbell camp, the Outlaw Way's Parabellum camp, Henry Rojas's Vanquish oly clinic and Diane Fu's Fu Barbell seminar. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa from the University of Oregon with a bachelor of arts in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology. I was also awarded department honors from the Women and Gender studies faculty for my undergraduate thesis. Ok, that was too much bragging so I'll stop. Not like anyone will read this anyway.
