I've been crossfitting for 6 years as a coach and athlete. For the last 6 months I've only been olympic lifting as a 85 kg lifter.

I eat everything.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I just olympic lift with 3-4 cardiovascular workouts a week mixed in with some skills training.
