How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
My eating habits are not the best but CrossFit has encouraged me to eat healthier. It is a long road but I am making progress.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am very actice at home. I ride and train horses so that helps me stay in shape when I am not at the gym. Bucking tons upon tons of hay also helps.LOL
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was a sprinter and long jumper is HS. I joined a martial arts class in 1999 and stayed with that until 2003 where I earned my Ni Dan. Started showing horses as a freshman in HS and continue to do so today. I joined CrossFit in 2012 and it has been the very thing I have been looking for. My plan is to stick with it until I can no longer do it.
