How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I like to think of it as "paleo plus." its great but until it embraces my life long addiction to tortilla chips and salsa I can't call myself a serious paleo-er, paleo-ite, or whatever.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
getting to travel I had the chance to workout with a lot of gyms on the road this year. huge fan of learning from other gyms and trainers, and trying to maintain discipline on the road.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
does raking leaves count? i have a huge tree in my backyard that cares not what season it is.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

...preebok, but it took me a while to get confident enough to compete. still learning. every day.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
i used to not sleep much. now I'm old.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
...long enough that visiting the YMCA here and there is fun and doesn't make me feel like I'm missing out.
