How I Train
I spend as much time as possible in the gym. I like to lift, so sometimes I add a little extra of that. I keep a WOD journal and I think you should, too.

My Experience With CrossFit
I found CrossFit right when I needed it, and I have become increasingly more grounded since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I'm a 3 days of work, 1 day of rest kind of girl. I WOD as much during those three days as my schedule and body will allow me.
