I don't have a "Bio." I am an old broke down guy just trying to stay fit and keep my injuries down to a minimum.
How I Eat
I try to eat well, but by no means am I best at it. I just try to make smart decisions about my food intake.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout at Rocklin Crossfit a couple days a week and work out at my work gym three to four days a week doing CrossFit WOD's.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Started on my own doing the CrossFit WOD's off the main page. Always seem to get hurt, so I stopped altogether. I joined Rocklin CrossFit in November 2013 and it has been a great change.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Less than 6 months
Four months with Rocklin CrossFit, but have always done some type of workout.
