Mother of two. Teach 7th graders. Started Crossfit in 2011. Try to get 4-5 WODs in each week. I've run over 25 races (1/2 marathons, 5k, 10k, mud runs), competed in three Crossfit competitions & I've judged three Crossfit competitions. This is my second year to compete in the open.
