How I Eat
I am doing something a very advanced form of paleo that allows sugar, buttloads of cheese and alcohol. Basically it is built on the belief that the cavemen were much more adventurous when it comes to eating than was previously believed. These "modern" cavemen, basically the hipsters of the cro-magnon era, were the true pioneers and my ancestral line can be traced back to these forerunners of awesomeness.

My Athletic Background
When my badminton team went defeated for an entire season I knew that I was meant for greatness. It was obvious that my time hadn't come so I think my time is now. Next year at the latest.
My Experience With CrossFit
CrossFit has been really really really fun. I have definitely gotten more toned. I have great abs now and I kick some serious butt at all of the local mud runs. I wear lululemon all of the time now which is super expensive but super comfortable. I think I was first ones to really get into it so it was a tough go in the early days. CrossFit.com wasn't even around when I started and there was no WODs or boxes or specialty certs. It was just me in the gym doing cleans and dips and rowing. I just called it working out back then. It has gotten a lot more popular since I started.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do 41 super short workouts 2 days a week. I try to sleep at least 14 hours a day split into four 3.5 hour blocks.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for quite some time now. Back in '91 there was brief talk of calling it JordanFit. It didn't stick. Probably for the best.
