How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
VERY strict Paleo. Some kind of protein, salad, whole avocado and a sweet potato.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
My fiancee and I WOD out at local city parks or just in our driveway.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I have a background in taekwondo, competitve swimming, ice hockey and Muay Thai kickboxing.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My friend and co-worker got me into it and I've been hooked ever since. Now I train my future hubby and it has brought us closer than ever!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I have really curbed my overtraining and it actually has done leaps and bounds for my body and performance.
