How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
No McDonalds though.....I enjoy peanut butter, cheese, and ice cream too much to go paleo. And don't tell me that almond butter is just as good as peanut butter, that's BS.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
It took awhile to find a good fitting gym, but it is all about the community...not setting records.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My involvement with CrossFit is thanks to Fight Gone Bad hosted by CrossFit Fort Vancouver in 2010. Since then, I've been hooked and found great friends.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I also stop a workout if it hurts (most of the time) some things aren't worth the additional injury.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
...I've also extended into additional work in Powerlifting and Oly. When your cardio sucks, you can always lift heavier weights to make yourself feel better.
