How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Fermented grape juice is paleo, right?
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I move large loads over great distances and am fairly quick about it...Mostly, I have the other trainers yell at me a lot...this seems to make me go faster.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was probably not as good as I remember myself I did better in The Open when there were not so many people....
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My first CrossFit Competition was the Southeastern Sectional (remember those) Rich Froning was in my heat...I learned quickly I was from a small box in a small town and it's a big Crossfit world out there..
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I could make it to The Games if sleep were involved
