I am a proud mother of two boys, ages 16 & 22. I teach Physical Education for grades K-5 and coach a jump rope team. I have a BS degree in Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Education. I am a strong believer in fitness as a way of life to create a strong mind, body and spirit.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
During the week, I like to have a protein smoothie in the morning and afternoon, with almonds, dates and carrots for a snack. In the evening, I like to eat a good size meal with protein and vegetables along with sweet potato or rice. The weekends included more indulgences of meals throughout the day. An evening tea is a great way to end the day!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also have equipment at my house and workout at the local YMCA.
