Our constant pursuit, and inner drive to be better is what makes CrossFit...well...CrossFit! As a coach, I choose to help people become fitter versions of who they are, but at the same time allow them to respect their own unique journey through that process. When all is said and done, it's a level playing field on 3-2-1 GO!
