Bio

I spent 20 years as an Infantry Soldier in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2009. Served in Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. Started work in the gym after becoming an NSCA CSCS in 2009, became Crossfit Level I certified in 2010. I competed at the Regional Level 4 years, 3 times as a Team Competitor, as an individual in 2011. I placed 10th at the Games in 2014 in the 45-49 age group. I became a member of Louisville Fire and Rescue Truck Company 1 four years ago, and continue to coach part time at Four Barrel Crossfit . My two sons both serve our Country, Ryan (25) in the Army National Guard and Sean (21) is Active Duty Air Force. I have fantastic support at home from my wife Mindy and Jordan, my step-daughter. I thank God every day for continued health and good fortune in my life.
