I spent 20 years as an Infantry Soldier in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2009. Served in Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. Started work in the gym after becoming an NSCA CSCS in 2009, became Crossfit Level I certified in 2010. I have competed up to the Regional Level the past 4 years, 3 times as a Team Competitor, as an individual in 2011. I became a member of Louisville Fire and Rescue Truck Company 1 two years ago, and continue to coach part time at Crossfit The Ville. My two sons both serve our Country, Ryan (24) in the Army National Guard and Sean (20) is Active Duty Air Force. I have fantastic support at home from my wife Mindy and Jordan, my step-daughter. I thank God every day for continued health and good fortune in my life.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I cheat on my diet with Strawberry Milkshakes.
