How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat like 95% Paleo, but I break a few rules. If there's a very small amount of a Non-Paleo food in a food, I go past it. Or if there's a little bit of sugar just for flavor. Also if there is a Non-Paleo food I will always sample it. I try not to O.D. on fruit, even though it's Paleo. If I am in a strength phase I will eat Dairy. I also cheat once a month, unless I am training.
