Bio

I've been active in many team sports throughout my life, playing soccer, hockey, volleyball and rugby. I first started Crossfit in March 2012, but had a few injury setbacks. Since rehabbing my back about 6 months ago, I've been steadily increasing my skill and strength and am really looking forward to my first open competition in 2014

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I do my best to eat Paleo with an 80/20 rule.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

I train at Reebok Crossfit Liberty Vilage (RCFLV) four or five days in a row, with one or two days rest in between. I do a limited amount of individual training, mostly sticking to the WOD.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

As mentioned in my bio, I played a lot of team and individual sports in high school. I was also a ski instructor in Ontario for 5 years when I was in my teens.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I have a train/rest schedule of about 4-5 days work and 1-2 days rest.
