How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I go to my gym workout and in the evenings ill run or swim on my own followed by heavy work on deadlifts, squats, snatches, & clean and press.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Began running cross country in middle school where i qualified to national championships and was an all american runner at the age of 13. Played Football, Soccer, Ran corsscountry and Track, Swam, and Wrestled in High School. Played High School Rugby for a city team and went on to play for a division 3 team out of Great Lakes IL.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Began crossfiting when I came across the website while in Afghanistan in 2010.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I do Crossfit every day other than sundays followed by 2 more seperate workouts on my own outside the gym.
