How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I try to eat things that don't have many ingredients while not stressing about what I eat and how much.
How I Train
I workout at Crossfit Newton whenever possible. Otherwise it's the traditional school gym for me. I recently started going to Crossfit Inguz once or twice a week to use some equipment I can't get my hands on at school - thanks Chris!

I play rugby now. I wrestled in high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started training using strictly Crossfit methodology about two and a half years ago.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Rugby practice and Crossfit workouts. I rest whenever I feel it is appropriate.
