I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Most of the time I work out its at crossfit lethbridge. But I swim and rock climb at the local university.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
In High school I played and competed on the cross country team, foot ball team and volleyball team. Recreationally I down hill ski, rock climb, do obstacles races and swim.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
