I am a mom. My 4 wonderful kids play a lot of hockey, a bit of soccer and put many miles on the running shoes. My husband plays and coaches ice hockey as well. I’d like to believe we meet the standard definition of an 'active family’. CrossFit entered my life in my 40s, and oh what a blessing it has been! I love to learn new skills, to grow, to greet new challenges and face old fears. CrossFit helps me to be a happier parent, wife and friend!
