How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Probably should eat a little less than I do but why bother training if you can't eat all the delicious food?
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CFBT is the only physical activity I do these days.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I competed in track and field (hammer throw and javelin) and football (kicker punter) at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver BC.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I began a couple years ago. Then I recruited my wife Sarah a few months later, then my parents a few months after that. Whole family trains at Crossfit affiliates.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Stick to what I can fit in after work. Should probably stretch and roll more than I do but there's only so many hours in a day.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in Vancouver with Crossfit Optimum Performance, moved to Crossfit South Surrey and now at Crossfit Belltown. Everyone has been very accomodating and I've loved every minute of my Crossfit career.
